"NO BEEF" RIBS

We've got soul! These soul food collard greens are braised in a savory stock and perfectly spiced, resulting in an amazingly tender, silky texture for an authentic downhome culinary experience.

Ain't Got No Beef’s classic homemade raspberry lemonade highlighting the sweet and tart flavor of fresh raspberries bursting throughout and the tanginess of lemons. This drink is sure to be a treat.

 

Ain’t Got No Beef recently catered a brunch event that I hosted for a few friends. The services received were more than what I could ask for. Days before the event I was able to have a tasting in which I sampled a few items on the menu, even items I was not initially aware of... I ended up changing a few items at the tasting because the food was just that great! The chef accommodated my request with no problem. On the day of the event, the presentation was impeccable and the food was even better! Chef Malcolm arrived on time and ready to go! I received so many compliments on the set up (completed by the chef), the taste, and freshness of the food. I highly recommend having your events catered with Ain’t Got No Beef.
